VODFest 2026 isn't just a festival; it's a takeover of the 757 underground. To pull this off at The Plot, we need a network of Core Operatives hitting the pavement, controlling the crowd, and running the logistics.

We aren't looking for standard volunteers. We need a street team ready to get their hands dirty and help build the infrastructure of a massive, 100% free community event.

You are the backbone of the festival, so you get treated like it.

The Breach Bundle on the House: Complete your pre-festival marketing routes or lock in your event-day shift, and we comp you the full VODFest merch drop—the heavy-cotton shirt for the tie-dye station, the silicone wristband, and the NFC cassette.

All-Access "Core Operative" Status: You aren't just wearing a generic volunteer tag. You get the official VODFest All-Access lanyard. This gets you behind the barricades, access to the artist green areas, and clearance into the interactive nodes like the video booth.

Food Truck Per Diems: You work, you eat. Operatives running shifts on the day of the festival will receive a voucher to grab food on us from the designated food trucks on site.

College Credit & Resume Building: If you're an ODU, NSU, or TCC student in mass comms, business, or event production, we will sign off on your verifiable grassroots marketing and event logistics hours.

> THE MISSION: YOUR OBJECTIVES

Pre-Event Ground Game: Hitting college campuses, local record stores, and specific business districts with flyers and promotional drops leading up to August 22nd.

Event Day Logistics: Barricade control, artist hospitality, crowd management, and running the interactive nodes (speed networking, tie-dye station, etc.).
